I see police officers and notice on the light pole, it said "Facial recognition surveillance in the area". I see people walking past the van that has cameras. 

In my head: I don't want to do this. I don't want my face to be scan. I have my right not to show my face. 

I walked across the street and pulled my jacket up that covered my half of the face like a mask. Suddenly police officers came to me and said I can't do that. They took my ID and did a background check. Fined me for covering my face. What is this?! Am I in a communist nation!!!? Is this still England? 

Imagine in future, you get fined wearing bright color clothes (laser pointer inspired clothes) because it confuses and disable Facial recognition.
