Learning Management

I got home late from the pub, exhausted after another double shift, but grateful that the manager lets me work more than my student visa allows as I don't know how I'd make rent otherwise. Working so much has meant really falling behind in my classes. I can't even remember the last time I did any proper reading. The impulse to succumb to sleep was strong, but first things first... I fired up my laptop and logged in to Moodle. I selected the course that I was surely going to sleep through in the morning, navigated to the appropriate week, and clicked through all the activities as fast as I could without comprehending a word, selecting the 'download' button any time I had the opportunity. Once I reached the end of the unit, I closed my laptop and was fast asleep in no time. I may not have time to go through everything properly now, but I sure as hell don't want to get flagged up by the 'student support' system or worse, reported to the Home Office as 'non-engaged'. I'm sure to have more time in a few weeks, right?
